Three-slot cold and hot impact tester

The sample is placed in the test chamber for high and low temperature cyclic impact test to simulate the physical changes caused by the rapid change of temperature of the product.

4. 96 test specifications are set independently, the impact time is 999 hours and 59 minutes, and the cycle period is 1~999 times, which can be set. The automatic operation of the refrigerator can be realized, the automation can be realized to the maximum extent, the workload of the operator can be reduced, and the operation can be automatically started and stopped at any time;
5. There is a test hole with a diameter of 50mm on the left side of the box, which can be used for external power load wiring test components.
6. The function of high temperature, low temperature and cold and hot shock can be independently set, and when performing cold and hot shock conditions, the function of two-slot or three-slot and cold and hot shock can be selected, which has the function of high and low temperature testing machine
7. It can be used independently as a high temperature box or a low temperature box, with one machine for three purposes.
8. It has a fully automatic and high-precision system circuit, any machine action, complete P.L.C locking processing, all of which adopt P.I.D automatic calculation control, and high temperature control accuracy.

10. The number of cycles and defrosting times can be set for automatic (manual) defrosting.
11. The air outlet is detected and controlled by the air return sensor. The switching time of the damper mechanism is 10 seconds, and the recovery time of the cold and hot shock temperature is 5 minutes.
12. Status display and curve display during operation. In case of abnormal conditions, the screen will automatically display the fault point and cause and provide troubleshooting methods. In case of unstable input power, emergency shutdown device will be provided.
13. The refrigeration system is designed with a cascade high efficiency and low temperature loop system. The refrigeration unit uses the original imported compressor from Europe and America, and uses the green environmental protection (HFC) refrigerants R507 and R23 with zero ozone coefficient.
