Product Features
1.High precision, high rigidity, heavy load sleeve spindle.
2.Integral cast iron base, inclined bed, good rigidity, convenient operation and chip removal.
3.High-rigidity, high-speed, high-precision heawy-duty linear guide, precision ball screw.
4.Adopt servo main shaft, servo power rotating turret with Y axis, equipped with side millingand end milling power head, which improves the rigidity, stability and indexing accuracy ofprocessing, thus exerting excellent heavy cutting processing ability. Realize the spindle 360°arbitrary indexing and positioning, with side-end face drilling, tapping, and milling functions,which can complete the processing of more complex parts in one clamping.
5.The tailstock is controlled by oil pressure, the mandrel automatically expands and contractsthe rigidity is good, the operation is convenient, and the long shaft parts can be processed.
