The single sample vulcanized rubber low-temperature brittleness tester is used to measure the maximum temperature at which the vulcanized rubber sample undergoes impact damage under specified conditions, which is called the brittleness temperature. This equipment uses the main cylinder to push the holder to extend the sample into the freezing medium and hold it for a certain time before lifting the holder. Then, the auxiliary cylinder controls the impact process, observes the degree of damage to the sample, and through repeated tests, determines the minimum temperature when at least two samples are not damaged and the maximum temperature when at least one sample is damaged. If the difference between the two results is not greater than 1 ℃, the test is completed.
